Alma Louise Robillard, 87 of Shelbyville, IL, passed away at 7:05 AM Thursday July 15, 2010 in St.Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL.
Alma was born Oct. 1, 1922 in Union Gap, WA the daughter of David Todd and Hazel Leona Hiatt Porter.
She married Philip G. Robillard Nov. 4, 1939 in Moxcee City, WA, and he passed away August 12, 1979.
Alma was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Shelbyville.
She is survived by a son Homer Robillard and wife Vera of Stafford AZ; daughter Caroline Rodman of Shelbyville; brother Leroy Coventry of Mt. Zion, IL; six grandchildren: Cindy Wyatt and husband Robert, Carrie Aubert and husband Bill, Brenda Bowen, Scot Rodman and wife Ann, Terri Mayfield and husband Allen, and Steven Rodman and wife Staci; twenty great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren; two nieces; two nephews. She will be sadly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Philip, her parents, brothers Alfred and Bud, infant sister Emma and very special son-in-law Ronald.
A memorial mass will be held at 2:00 PM Friday July 23, 2010 in the Immaculate Conception Church in Shelbyville.Father Don Wolford will officiate.Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of the service on Friday in the church.Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville is entrusted with arrangements.On line condolences may be directed to the family at www.lockartgreenfuneralhome.com
