Wilson Wayne McDonald, 68, of Lakewood passed away at 10:40 p.m. Saturday (September 3, 2011) in the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Lockart-Green Funeral Home with members of the DC Eagles MC officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday with Masonic rites and Elks rites following. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Memorials may be made to the family or to the Shelbyville Relay for Life.

He was born January 16, 1943 in Pana the son of Wayne and Isabell (Hall) McDonald.

He was a member of the Gunslingers MC, Arapahos MC, American Breed MC and the DC Eagles MC. He also was a member of the Elks Lodge and Eagles Club of Pana, Masonic Lodge and Shriners Club of Shelbyville, Shelby County Farm Bureau and the Seminole Indian Tribe. He was formerly employed by G W Prosser and Howell Asphalt and a member of the Operators Local Union in Decatur.

Surviving are his companion, Lu Sims of Lakewood, daughters, Jackie Rodman and Jamie Lyn McDonald of Lakewood and Kelly McDonald of Fayetteville, AR; grandchildren, Bryar and Blair Rodman, Taylor McDonald, Braydin and Seth Tope, Paige, Lilly and Hope Keck; sister, Ethel Owens Wagner of Lakewood.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Eric Wilson McDonald.
