Rohima Sue Rothrock, 70, of Findlay passed away Saturday (November 29, 2014) at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Findlay United Methodist Church with Pastor Marge Overlot officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Findlay. Burial will be in the Findlay Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Findlay United Methodist Church.
Sue was born September 21, 1944 in Vandalia the daughter of William and Kathryn (Walton) Greider. She married Ronald D. Rothrock, February 24, 1963 in the Stewardson United Methodist Church.
Sue graduated from Effingham High School. She was a member of the Findlay United Methodist Church where she was very active and served on many committees including the kitchen and the bag ladies. She was formerly employed at Donnellys in Mattoon and Personal Stitches in Findlay with her good friend, B.J. Snow. She loved to cook, sew, play bunco and attending her grandchildren’s ballgames and other events.
Surviving are her husband, Ron; sons, Jeff Rothrock, wife Karen and grandchildren, Janelle and Kyle of Utica and Tim Rothrock, wife Brenda and grandchildren, Ariel and Alex of Bethany; mother, Kathryn Greider of Mattoon; brother, George Greider, wife Mary of Houston, TX and Kenneth Greider, wife Sue-Jin of Charleston; sister, Mary Brock, husband Lonnie of Denver, CO; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, William and sister, Billie.
