Jason William Jordan, 36, of Bethalto passed away at 3:00 a.m. Monday (July 4, 2011) in Shelbyville.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday in the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Shelbyville. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Bethalto. Memorials may be made to the family.

He was born October 6, 1974 in Alton. He married Amber Rose Bailey May 14, 2005 in Effingham.

He graduated from Taylorville High School and attended Midwest Tech Welding in Lincoln. He was a journeyman welder and worked the last few years as a recovery agent in the St. Louis area. He loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family. Jason loved his children.

Surviving are his wife Amber, children, Bailey and Owen; parents, Robert and Dawn Reeves of Shelbyville; twin brother, Jeremy Jordan of Shelbyville; sisters, Michelle (Will) Hocket of Sorento and Christine Reeves of Litchfield; grandmother Mary Ballard of Shelbyville.
