Harley Eugene Ingram, 83, of Windsor passed away at 1210 p.m. Monday (December 16, 2013) at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor with Rev. Francis Farney officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in French Cemetery near Allenville. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Harley was born May 6, 1930 in Louisville the son of the late Joe Ingram and the late Grace Warner Ingram Lybarger. He married Ramona Marie England on December 31, 1948 in Sullivan. Harley and Ramona have 5 daughters and 5 sons.

Surviving are his wife, Ramona; children, Larry (Shirley) Ingram of Sullivan, Tom Ingram of Windsor, Karen Yeakel of Windsor, Tim (Kristy) Ingram of Mattoon, Joan (Doug) Brown of Bethany, Guy Ingram of Mattoon, Charlotte (Tracy) Agney of Shelbyville, Alec (Penny) Ingram of Windsor, Janis Feaster of Greenville and Debra (Wes) Edwards of Toledo; brothers and sisters, Louise (Jim) Shook of Mattoon, Chuck (Marie) Ingram of Harrisburg, Robert (Vicky) Ingram of Kinmundy, Gary (Jeanie) Ingram of Mattoon, George (Loretta) Lybarger of Mason and Phyllis (Don) Branum of Gilmer, TX;sister-in-law, Theresa Ingram of Indianapolis; brother-in-law, Ray Tilley of Albuquerque, NM; 24 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 6 step-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Illinois National Guard and retired from Progress Industries in Arthur. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local serving as Union President and Chief Steward.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Kenny Ingram of Indianapolis and Ralph Ingram of Trilla, sister, Helen Tilley of Albuquerque, NM, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Harley will be greatly missed by his family and all that knew him.
