Lynette Ellen Gooch, 48, of Forsyth passed away unexpectantly of a heart attack at 6:00 a.m. Thursday (June 5, 2014) at the Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the St. Elmo Christian Church with Pastor Tom Fedrigon officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will be in Hubbartt Cemetery, Beecher City with a luncheon immediately following the burial at the church. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are by Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Beecher City.

She was born August 2, 1965 in Decatur the daughter of John and Judy (Wood) Jackson.

She was a member of the Garver Brick Church and employed by Addus Home Health Care. She enjoyed fishing, boating, gardening, country music, being outside, camo and motorcycles. Lynette loved life.

Surviving are her mother Judy Rodmaker (Russ) of Beecher City; son, Dustin Gooch (Brooke) of Altamont; daughter, Cassie Gooch (Tyler) of Decatur; grandchildren, Kyleigh and Carsen; sister, Julie Moore of Beecher City; aunt, Donna Bates (Ron) of Beecher City; her significant other, Steven McKee of Forsyth; nephews, Kendrick, Christian and Kolby; niece, Caitlynn.

She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
