Jaunita Mae Cornwell died peacefully, August 28, 2010, at the age of 92.She resided in Plainfield, Indiana.

She was born August 18, 1918 in Windsor, Illinois, to the parents Albert V. Horn and Myrtie Batson Horn, she was the eldest of three siblings; sister Pauline Horn Smith and brother Richard Horn.

She attended elementary school in Windsor, Illinois and graduated from Cerro Gordo High School. She married in 1941 to Harold Cornwell of Cerro Gordo, Illinois and he preceded her in death in 1988.

She was past president and present member of the Rebekah Lodge in Cerro Gordo. She pursued many interests and she supported and raised three children, Lyndall Paddock of Avon, Indiana and Keith and Richard Cornwell of Plainfield, Indiana. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a niece and nephew and sister-in-law.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Windsor Cemetery with Rev. Richard Eident officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the donorís choice.
