Betty Jane (Nichols) Butler, 81, of Decatur passed away at 8:45 a.m. Saturday (June 29, 2013) at Mason Point in Sullivan.
Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Findlay. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until service time. Private family burial will be in the Findlay Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Shelby County Relay for Life.
She was born August 30, 1931 in Monticello the daughter of Edgar and Zetta (Morgan) Nichols.
Survivors include her son, David Bernstein and wife Julie of Findlay; three grandchildren, Wyatt and wife, Letitia Bernstein of Bethany, Trevor Bernstein and Rachel Bernstein both of Findlay; three great-grandchildren, Trey Hall of Findlay and Cannon and Kinzley Bernstein both of Bethany; her sister, Helen Gribbons and nephew, Doug Gribbons and family of Colorado, and niece, Karen Gribbons of Florida. She is also survived by her cat, Fluffy.
Jane was an avid antique collector and seller who loved to dance. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Decatur.
